We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our development teams and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating all Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team follows Agile values and principles. Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Work with the product owner to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.

Scrum Master Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
